1. Complete the enclosed order form and shipping label. If you would like the preservation kit shipped to one address and then have the preserved gown shipped to a different address, you can indicate that preference on the paperwork enclosed with the preservation kit.

2. Use the stickers that are provided to indicate any areas of your gown which you know are stained or need special attention. Please use only the stain stickers provided to avoid damage to your gown. (Hemlines and necklines are always given extra attention so you do not need to mark them).

3. Place your wedding gown with any three accessories such as veil, gloves, shawl, or headpiece in the plastic bag provided. Put the white and yellow copies of the order form in the bag with the gown. You keep the pink copy for your records. Close the bag using twist tie provided.

4. Unfold the shipping box and place the bag containing your gown and accessories inside. Place the shipping label on the outside of the box. Remove the small receipt number from shipping label and place it on your pink copy of the order form and keep for your records.

5. Close the box and seal it by using the shipping tape provided in the kit. Ship the box FREE of charge to Wedding Gown Preservation Company using any store that handles UPS shipments. (Compete instructions come with your kit. )

IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

The shipping information you provide us when ordering your wedding gown preservation kit only pertains to receiving the kit. The instructions and paperwork in your preservation kit will direct the Wedding Gown Preservation Company as to where to ship the finished gown. There will be a 1-800 number provided on your invoice so you can track the progress of your wedding dress at any time.
